4. AI-GENERATED ARTWORK POLICY

Complete Team Outfitter welcomes customer-supplied artwork, including artwork created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) image generation platforms. Because AI-generated artwork varies greatly in quality, resolution, ownership rights, and production suitability, all AI-generated submissions are subject to review by our Creative Services Department prior to production.
The purpose of this policy is to establish expectations regarding the use, modification, recreation, and production of AI-generated artwork for screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, signs, promotional products, and other decorated items.
Artwork Review Process
All AI-generated artwork submitted by customers will undergo a production feasibility review. During this review, our Creative Services team evaluates:

AI Artwork Accepted As Submitted
AI-generated artwork may be accepted with only minor production adjustments when it meets our artwork standards. Minor adjustments may include:

AI Artwork Requiring Recreation or Interpretation
Many AI-generated images are not suitable for direct production due to one or more of the following issues:
When artwork cannot be produced effectively in its submitted form, Complete Team Outfitter may recommend a complete recreation, redraw, vector conversion, or designer interpretation.

Designer Interpretation
AI-generated artwork often contains visual elements that cannot be reproduced exactly through screen printing, embroidery, engraving, signage, or other decorating processes.

By submitting AI-generated artwork, the customer represents and warrants that:

Ownership of Recreated Artwork
Artwork supplied by the customer remains the property of the customer, subject to any applicable copyrights or licenses.

Because AI-generated artwork is created through automated systems and may contain visual inconsistencies, Complete Team Outfitter cannot guarantee that finished products will exactly match AI-generated source images.
