Yes. We can decorate customer-supplied apparel and products; however, all customer-supplied items are accepted at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for defects, compatibility issues, damage, loss, or performance problems related to customer-provided products. Items may be inspected prior to production, and if they are found to be unsuitable for decoration, production may be stopped. Customer-supplied orders are subject to a $25 minimum drop-off fee, plus any applicable decoration and service charges. Any liability related to customer-supplied items is limited to the cost of the decoration service provided.

Average production time is typically 10–15 business days (excluding weekends) after final approval of artwork and payment. Please note:

• Turnaround times may vary based on product availability, order size, and level of customization
• Larger or more complex orders may require additional time
• Rush services may be available upon request

We always strive to meet your timeline and will communicate clearly throughout the process.

No! You can either:

• Send your ready-to-print artwork*, or
• Work with our team to create a custom design from scratch

We’ll ensure your design looks great on the final product.

*By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or other content to Complete Team Outfitter, you warrant that you have all required rights, permissions, and licenses for its use and reproduction. The customer assumes full responsibility for any infringement claims or disputes arising from submitted materials, and Complete Team Outfitter shall not be liable for any resulting legal or financial consequences.

We recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best results. We also accept PNG and JPEG files (additional design service fees may apply), but higher-resolution files will produce better quality prints.*

Yes! We provide a digital proof/mockup for approval before production begins to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it.

We offer shipping nationwide. Shipping times will depend on your location and selection method. 

If you're in the southwest Michigan area and you'd like to pick up your order, you can do so by stopping by our Kalamazoo showroom at 1560 South 8th Street, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (ET).

We take great care in producing every order and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When your order arrives, please review it promptly and check all packaging carefully, including inner bags, garment folds, and any separate boxes.

If you believe an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@ctoutfit.com within 5-10 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the items received so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Requests submitted more than 10 days after delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We do our best to match brand colors, logos, and guidelines. For the most accurate results, please provide:

• Pantone (PMS) colors if available
• High-quality logo files

Screen printing involves using a stencil, ink, and a mesh screen to transfer an image onto a surface, while heat press involves using a heat transfer vinyl and a machine to press the design onto the surface.

We create a variety of signage products including:
